Scenic Highway 30A is nineteen miles of two-lane road tracing the Gulf of Mexico through the most beloved beach communities in the Florida Panhandle. Blue Mountain Beach. Seagrove. Seaside. Rosemary Beach. Coastal dune lakes you won't find anywhere else on earth.

30A DutchCottageCo is our family's small collection of vacation rentals along this stretch — two properties today, owned and operated by Bas and Kat de Laat. Different neighborhoods, different vibes, the same family-first care.

Dutch Treat sits in old-Florida Blue Mountain Beach, the highest elevation on the entire Gulf coast — bikes on the porch, the community pool three minutes away, the sand ten minutes on foot. Double Dutch is the larger sister: five bedrooms in Santa Rosa Beach, a private heated pool, Stinky's Fish Camp a stroll from the door.
